At Soléne Hair, all wigs are customised to order. We do not mass-produce units. Each wig goes through a careful, luxury-level process before being shipped.

Standard Custom Wigs: 5–10 Business Days

Breakdown:

  • 2 Business Days — Hair Vendor Delivery
    Your selected bundles/lace are sourced and delivered from our trusted vendor.


  • 2–5 Business Days — Wig Customisation
    This includes:

    • Bleaching knots

    • Plucking the hairline

    • Lace toning

    • Basic styling (straightening, curling, trimming)

    • Preparing the unit for installation


  • 1–2 Business Days — Quality Control
    We perform a detailed check of:

    • Length

    • Lace quality

    • Colour/texture correctness


  • 1 Business Day — Packaging & Dispatch
    Your unit is packaged securely in our luxury-branded packaging and booked for delivery.
