Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the fully customised nature of our wigs, Soléne Hair does not accept returns or refunds.

This is fully compliant with:

This means:

  • No returns
  • No refunds
  • No exchanges due to personal preference or change of mind
  • No cancellations after 24 hours

All wigs are made specifically to your order, therefore not eligible for return.


Exceptions (If Soléne Hair Is At Fault)

We will repair, remake, or correct the unit if:

  • You received the wrong length
  • Incorrect customisation
  • A verified manufacturing/customisation issue

 

To qualify, customers must provide:

  • A full unboxing video (package must be unopened at the start)

  • Clear photos/videos showing the issue

  • Contact within 48 hours of receiving the unit

 

Without an unboxing video, claims cannot be verified, and support cannot be provided.

This protects genuine customers and the business from fraud.
