Pre-shipment Verification & Anti-fraud Policy

At Soléne Hair, we take every precaution to protect both our customers and our brand. Every unit undergoes a pre-shipment verification process before it leaves our studio to ensure accuracy, quality, and authenticity.


Pre-Shipment Verification (Internal)

Before shipping, Soléne Hair performs the following steps for internal verification purposes only:

  • HD Photos – Front, side, back, hairline, lace, and length verification

  • 360° Video – A short clip showing the full unit from all angles

  • Order Reference – Each wig is marked with a note containing the order number for traceability

This media is kept on file for each order and is not routinely sent to customers. It serves as proof of condition and customisation prior to dispatch and protects both you and Soléne Hair in the unlikely event of a complaint or dispute.


Anti-Fraud Measures

To safeguard your purchase and our brand, Soléne Hair implements the following security measures:

  • All orders are verified for matching billing and shipping addresses

  • High-value orders may require additional verification

  • Signature-required delivery is used for high-value units

  • Pre-shipment verification media is kept on file and used to resolve disputes if necessary


Customer Complaints

If a customer raises a complaint about a wig’s quality, condition, or accuracy:

  • Soléne Hair may share the pre-shipment verification photos and videos with the customer or relevant parties to resolve the issue

  • Claims without supporting evidence or unboxing documentation may not be approved
