Exchanges are only offered if Soléne Hair made a clear error.

Conditions for an exchange:

• Lace must be uncut

• Wig must be unworn

• Wig must not be altered

• Reported within 48 hours

• Full unboxing video provided

Soléne Hair reserves the right to approve or deny exchanges after review.
